East Grinstead Lacrosse Club is proud to be the future of lacrosse in Sussex. Established in 2004 and located between London and Brighton, East Grinstead is leading the way for lacrosse in the South East of England.  At our 19th year we continue to go from strength to strength.

With one men’s team, and a women’s team in development, East Grinstead can cater for all skill levels. The team, boasts top quality coaching, refereeing, dedicated members and amazing social scene. Our talented players come from far and wide, home-grown to North America and Canada and a team spirit unrivalled anywhere else has made East Grinstead into the club it is today. 

Playing at East Grinstead sports club means that we have access to great facilities for our games, and Tuesday training at Hazelwick School provides a central location to the South East with plenty of space throughout the season.

We’re always on the lookout for more members to join the club. So if you’re interested in trying something new, or you just want to carry on playing the sport you love, you’ll be welcome at East Grinstead.
