East Grinstead Lacrosse Club is proud to be the future of lacrosse in Sussex. Established in 2004 and located between London and Brighton, East Grinstead is leading the way for lacrosse in the South East of England.

With two mens teams, East Grinstead can cater for all skill levels. Top quality coaching and dedicated, not to mention talented, players and a team spirit unrivaled anywhere else has made East Grinstead into the club it is today.

We're always on the look out for more members to join the club. So if you're interested in trying something new, or you just want to carry on playing the sport you love, you'll be welcome at East Grinstead.
